I would like to share a story with you guys. And it's about how I got from a small and skinny teenager to a ripped one.

Today I will share with you another amazing way which will help you to make money online. This amazing way is called ClickBank, you have probably heard about it. But why ClickBank, why not Amazon Associates, let me explain.

Amazon Associates

is a really good place from where you can make a lot of money, by displaying advertisements on your website or your blog, and get a % of the sell of the product you are advertising. This sounds grate right? I know and it is. But this does not answer why ClickBank, wait for it. Now when somebody buys the product that you are advertising, Amazon will give money to the seller, for the shipping, for the 3th person shipping, and a small award for amazon, the rest is for you. As you can see you probably get right around 10-15% of the money. If you are promoting a book that is 100$, you will make 10$-15$. That is ok, but not exactly what we are aiming for, considering the fact that you could fight to sell the book for 1-2 weeks. Now lets see what does ClickBank gives us.

ClickBank

ClickBank works the same way, you promote a product on your website or on your blog, and you get a % of the money from that product. The difference is that ClickBank pays only three people. You, the seller, and they get a small part of it. And you can get up to 75% from the product. The reason is that Amazon Associates is selling real products and ClickBank i selling digital products (eBooks, softwares, and others), so they don't have to do any shipping. Again imagine that you are promoting the same 100$ book, you will make 75$ not 10-15, now this is what we are talking about. Now you are  probably asking your self "why is the seller using ClickBank in the first place, if he is going to get only 10% from the sells?", well you have got no idea how easy it is to create an eBook. They just write down what they know and BAM they sell it. eBooks can go from 15$ to 60$ and more. So i think it's worth it, they spend 1-2 hours to create the eBook, they get people who will promote them, and all they have to do is sit back, and wait.

The good thing about ClickBank is that you can choose if you want your advertisement to be as a text link (which is a good way to use the social media like twitter, MySpace, FaceBook, Digg, and others to promote the products, and find more buyers) or as an advertisement, like Amazon Associates. I would pick the text link, because you can attract more people via social networks, but if you want to use your website to gather more people use the ad instead.

There you go, two awesome ways that you can use to make money online as fast as possible. Now you have to choose if you want to use only Amazon Associates or only ClickBank, or both. I would go with both. Amazon Associates ads on your website or blog and ClickBank text links that you can share with the world by using the social media.

Like we all know there are hundreds of ways in getting targeted traffic to your website or your blog. Today I will share with you another tip that you can use to increase your readers.

As you can tell by the tittle, I am talking about using Twitter to get unique traffic. The question is why, why twitter, why not FaceBook. 

Twitter is the only place, where when you update your status (tweet) hundreds of times. If you do that in FaceBook, you will lose a lot of your Internet friends. I am not telling you that you are suppose to spam twitter, that is a bad idea, I am telling you that you can post more than on the other social medias like FaceBook and MySpace.
Another reason would be, that a lot of people use twitter on their phones, not only on their computer. In other words, when you tweet something new, they will know, and check it out right at that moment.

Also take in mind how much more people you can reach via twitter. If you have a lot of followers and if your followers retweet your tweet,  this way they are telling their followers about your tweet, and if their followers tell their followers, and so on, and so on.

But of course to get targeted traffic, you will have to do some tricks, to make people coming to your web page, and even subscribing.

    1. Get friends.The first thing you would like to do is gather friends, followers. Be sure that your followers will be with the same interest as you. It's normal for the millions of people using twitter daily to not have the same interests as you. Search a famous twitter account that has a lot of followers. For an example, if your website is about SEO, search for an SEO expert. People like that usually have thousands of followers, imagine if you can make those people get to your website and become a regular reader.

      2. Search people that are searching for help. If your website or blog is about helping people and solving their problems, you would want to search people that are asking questions with the same topic as your web page. Help them out, answer their question, they will probably follow you, and if you want, when you answer the question, leave a link to your web page, telling them "This is a really good place to find the answers you need".
      3. Don't spam. Never over do it, you will start spamming on twitter, you will lose your followers, and not get any traffic. Keep it nice and slow and normal. Post a couple of tweets a day, not a thousand.

are a really powerful way to increase your page rank. And a lot of people don't really understand why. Of course I will explain. Backlinks let Google, Yahoo, Bing know that your web page is good enough to be on the top of the page. The next thing you must learn is, how to get more backlinks. When it comes to backlinks the more you have, the better. You seriously cannot get too much of them. There are a lot of ways to get backlinks:

• Guest blogging
• Commenting on DoFollow blogs
• Social Bookmarking
• YouTube
• Article submission

And to be on the top place of the page you will have to use not one but at least three of these tricks in getting backlinks. Of course you can go ahead and find a trust wordy backlinker that will all of the job for you. But be sure that others have tried it before you, and have not been scammed.
REMEMBER: Be sure to not get too fast your backlinks, the search engines will know that you are cheating in a way, and will not promote you. Also do not comment or post articles on nofollow blogs and article submission websites. When they are no follow the link that you use will not be found by the search engines.


KeyWords

Keywords (also called meta tags) will help you get more people coming to your web page. There are a lot of ways to get more keywords, by content and by putting meta tags in your page. This is exactly why writing a lot of good original content will get you more traffic. So if you haven't put any meta tags in your page, you should do it now, because you could be missing a lot of traffic. And it's really easy, I will explain it for you. The next question is how to get good keywords, you don't want keywords that are not even being searched, you want the ones that are being search often in Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Exactly why you should go to the Google Keyword Tool. Write the keyword you would want to put, and it will show you how often is that keyword being searched in Google.

REMEMBER: Don't over do it, don't put too much keywords, you might get the search engines mad, and they could get rid of your page.


Original Content
Remember what i said earlier, the more good and original content you have the better, well there is a reason for me to say that. When you write a lot of good content, and you post it on your blog or your website, you will get some keywords, that will help users to find your web page via search engines. This is exactly when writing a lot comes in handy. But never copy, never copy content from other blogs or websites. You can never cheat Google or Yahoo. They see everything and they know everything. If you use copied content on your web page, you risk the chances of no body finding you, EVER. The will promote the other websites, but never you, because they know that you are using copied content. And it's not only that, you will probably never get accepted in Google AdSense, in other words never make money with them.

REMEMBER: Never copy content, you risk a lot this way, and lets not talk that you will never get promoted and nobody will find your website via search engines. You will lose a lot of traffic this way.

Don't over do it

Remember, everything that is good, when over done, becomes bad. When you put too much keywords, you will not get traffic, when you put a lot of backlinks too fast, you will not get traffic to your web page. When you copy and post 10 articles a day, you will not get promoted, in other words no traffic. Increasing traffic is a slow process, so take your time.


Be Careful

If you are going to use engines that will give you backlinks be sure to not get scammed. Go ahead to google and search some information about it, if you could find some read it, learn something about the program that you are willing yo use. This way you will be sure you will not get scammed, and you will get good quality backlinks coming to your web page.

Put links on your images that lead to your page

Yes it's true this will not get you tons of traffic, but it will help you out. When the spider craws your web page and when it goes to the article you have written, it will go back to the index thanks to the backlink, and it will start over. Finding a Guest Blog

Now this is the tricky part. You will have to find the guest blog on which you will be a guest poster, or writer, you can call it as you wish. Now to get unique visitors and even subscribers you must remember something, you don't go ahead and post a guest blog on all kinds of blogs. You must find a blog or website that accepts guest posts, and that is the same topic as your web page. Yes I know it will be hard for you in the beginning, but you will get the hang of it later. When you write a guest post for a football blog, and your blog is about, lets say health, you will not get unique visitors, yes you will get traffic, but that is not what you want. You want people that will come back to your web page every time you post something new. Google loves back links, and love to put people with a lot of backlinks on the top of the page rank. In other words, the more backlinks you have the better. The question is, how do you get those backlinks?

Hello there, I would like to share with you "the best way to get traffic" to your blog or to your website. In general i will explain to you how you can get 100% sure traffic and get it as fast as possible.You are probably thinking that this is a scam, but no it's not you don't have to worry about it, but there is a down side to this fast traffic. It's not free, you will have to pay for it. I know it hurts to learn this, but the most best and fast way to get traffic is PPC (pay per click).

Why is this the most easy and fast way to get traffic?
PPC (pay per click) is the easiest and fastest way of getting traffic. The most famous PPC program out there is Google AdWords (you can go and Google it to find more information about it). Google AdSense and Google AdWords are connected to each other. The ads you see in AdSense are promoted by AdWords. And because there are over millions of websites which are using AdSense, you have a really high chance of getting traffic to your website. You can get lots of traffic in 20 minutes or less.

WARNING

Because I cannot say how much people are out there, that start this program with out knowing anything. In the end they turn up with out small traffic and they have lost money. Do you want that, I don't think so.

There are a lot of ways to do that Social networks, Commenting on other blogs, or getting your blog in other websites. And I won't be talking about neither one of them. I will be talking about guest blogging.

Guest blogging is one of the most sure ways of getting traffic. But along the lines with the good sides that guest blogging offers, there are bad sides. The good thing about guest blogging is that it allows you to collaborate with other people, and this way reaching out to other readers.You get back links to your blog and tags, which increases your Google SEO rankings. But the down sides about guest blogging are:

• You will have tow wait until they accept you, it could take some time until the admins accept your post.
• They could say no, which is the worst thing that could happen to you.
• You will have to create a good post, so you can be sure that they will accept your post, this could take up to 1-2 hours of serious writing, which is hard, but in the end, you will get traffic.

In the beginning don't go for big blogs, that will probably turn you down. I am new in guest blogging, but I learned that, leaving guest posts on not that big blogs will get your blog accepted, and you will still get traffic, and this is an awesome way to get started. Now when I say not that big, I don't mean going up to a blog that has 10 visitors a day, and asking to be a guest poster there. I'm talking about blogs that get from 300 to 1 000 visitors or more. There are blogs that have 1.5 Million visitors daily. And they have over 15 people writing for them, do you think they will accept you ? Of course not.

When you create a couple of guest posts for some blogs, you will get traffic and something else. You could attract the eye of another blogger that is searching for a guest poster. Like i said guest blogging is a good to advertise your self. Sooner or later you will have bloggers sending you e-mails asking you if you would want to leave a guest post on their blog. But you will reach that level after some time. Blogging is hard, and increasing your traffic is even harder. And guest blogging is one of the ways to do that.

Find a partner this way. Yes you can do that. If the blogger that is owning the blog on which you are posting your content sees that he is getting traffic from you, and if you see that you are getting traffic from him, then you can offer him to become partners, help each other out. DiRT 3 Xbox360 review

Hello it's John Gregory from JohnGregory'sBlog, and I am here to review another Xbox360 game. You have probably heard about Dirt 1,2, but today we are going to talk about Dirt 3. The game will come out in two days (24.05.2011). From what i learned the game will have some really good features, updates, what ever you want to call it.
                 - new modes
                 - and snowy skies
                 - more rally

The off-road game returns with another episode DiRT3. Like I said the game will have new updates. Such as New modes, Snowy skies and more rally. There will be awesome rally stages from Europe, US and Africa. The game boasts more cars, more locations, more routes and more events than any other game in the series, including over 50 rally cars representing the very best from five decades of the sport.

I personally think that this game is going to be amazing. Considering the gameplay, graphics of the game and all of the tracks that are going to be in the new episode of DiRT. It may seem to you that the game is going to be endless but the bad part is that like every other game, this one has an end, and you are probably going to cry when you will have to say goodbye to it.
The release date of the game is 24th of May 2011.

Problogger: how to become a good blogger!

Hello my name is John Gregory, creator of John Gregory's Box. I started blogging, and it has been probably 2-3 days already. And as any other beginner, I am searching for information how to increase traffic, get followers, subscribers and so on. And one day, while I was searching in Google on how to increase my traffic, I found out an amazing website that gives all kind of information the website is called ProBlogger.
And you probably know about this website, but i didn't and i had no idea what so ever, what kind of content was in that website. So i decided to check it out. And I have to say, it was amazing. There is a lot of information behind that web page how get traffic, guest blogging, subscribers and a lot more, all in a simple website.

Of course I cannot say that I am a really good blogger. Considering the fact that i started out a couple of days a go, and I am trying to increase my traffic, and to tell you the truth, this website helped me out a little bit. I am not expecting a lot of changes in the first week. And i recommend most of the people that are wasting their time trying to find a decent website for help, they should simply go to this website for a couple of reasons.

1. Easy to understand information.
A lot of  "blog helping websites"  give information in a way that they will understand it, not the readers. And us beginners have no idea what they are talking about. They use hard to understand words, about your blog, that makes you want to panic, and you continue to search at google for more information, but you find websites like this. The only thing, hard to understand sites give you, is a false idea of what are you suppose to do. And that will get you no where. On the other hand ProBlogger gives us an easy to understand information, that all the beginners will understand, tips, tricks everything.


2. Simple site navigation.
This might sound funny to you, but I find the site navigation to be really important, when it comes to giving out information. Why is that ? Well if the website is hard to navigate, how do you expect to find the one thing you are searching for. Exactly, it will be much harder then the usual. And when it comes to ProBlogger, we do not have that problem. First  there is a search engine in the website, that helps you to search for the infromation you want. Second the layout is really easy to understand. On the top of the website we have a navigation bar that states all of the options. Clicking on one of them will help you find the right information you are searching for. For an example let's say that you want to learn how to make money from your blog. Well it's easy, you just click on the navigation bar where it says MAKE MONEY. And you are done.

3. Video content.
I find this to be really important, because  if you are like me you will find it annoying to always read your information, you would like to hear a voice, a voice that will give you the same information and could even explain it more understandably. You might think this is crazy, but I would prefer to hear somebody explaining the secrets of blogging with a video or recorded voice insted of reading it. I do not know if it is only me, I do not know if there are other people like me, but I do know that this way i understand more of the given to me information. Which is exactly why sometimes insted of going to Google to search for something, I go to YouTube.

Conclusion
If you are searching for a good place to actually learn something, then go to ProBlogger. You will not be sorry. Also you can purchase the creator's book. About how to build a better blog for 31 days. This might be exactly what you are searching for.

Jennifer Aniston  is few years into her 40s, but yet she has the incredible body of a 20 year old. And a lot of women all over the world what to know how does she do it.
She said that she starts with Yoga  I quote: “I do it every other day and I usually do some sort of run before,”

“The culinarily challenged period of my life, which I like to refer to as ‘B.J.: Before Jewels,’ wasn’t pretty, people!” Aniston wrote in the forward to the Elmores’ cookbook, “The Family Chef.” “At best it was prepackaged Zone meals, overcooked takeout and scrounging for the occasional piece of cheese.”

“Jewels changed the way I see a kitchen from a place to store PowerBars (my once upon-a-time alternative to all food groups!) to a sanctuary that has become the most important room in the house, filled with sights and smells that are themselves a feast.”

But there is something i learner that made me kind of laugh. The women with the amazing and sexy body that is 40 year old claims to have a weaknes to fried and mexican food, but still she keeps her diet going with clean foods like fruits and vegetables.

And we all know who we have to thank for this woman, her personal trainer. Who claims that her diet goes on high protein 5-6 meals a day to keep her metabolism going. In other words she is burning fat all the time. And she also said that "doing only yoga will not  help" if you did know that, well now you do and she says that DIET COMES FIRST. Now remember this, it is 20% from the workout or in this case the yoga training and 80% from the nutrients you take. In other words if you do not know what you eat don't and if you think is just stupid myth, well you should stop thinking that one day you will change your body from fat to lean, and get healthier.

Di Palma suggests eating carbs like "yams, sweet potatoes, brown rice and oatmeal," and snacking on "peanut butter, cottage cheese and fruit, and a handful of almonds,” to get Aniston’s enviable figure.
But Aniston says that being comfortable in one’s own skin is what’s most important.
“You’re damned if you’re too thin and you’re damned if you’re too heavy,” Aniston once said. “According to the press, I’ve been both. It’s impossible to satisfy everyone, and I suggest we stop trying.”

News & Gossip: Lindsay Lohan Granted Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker

Hello it's John Gregory here with some interesting news about She.

Lindsay Lohan just obtained a restraining order against an alleged stalker who has been so aggressive, she fears he could commit sexual assault against her. 

The temporary restraining order was issued against David Cocordan, who Lindsay claims has been harassing and stalking her for 2 years.  According to her declaration, obtained by TMZ, Lindsay claims Cocordan's conduct has escalated over the last 4 weeks.  He has come to her home at least 3 times, followed her to public appearances and sent her more than a hundred text messages as well as phone calls.

Even more ominous, according to the declaration, Cocordan sent a text message on May 5 saying, "F**king n sucking wit u kkk i need it more thn."  Lindsay says in her declaration, "I am afraid that this text message shows that Mr. Cocordan intends to sexually assault me."

LAPD's Threat Management Department is on the case, and they believe Cocordan has mental issues and is schizophrenic.

Lindsay says she fears for her personal safety and the declaration was compelling enough for the judge to order the man to stay clear of her and have no communication.
